Although they're rarely spoken, I know they're always there. Those words which touch me those words I so long to hear made in her own delicate voice rather than the imagination of my desire...
She's an ocean away, and I feel the distance more than ever this Valentine's Day.
I ove you, darling.
This is my first real experience working with a model. I'm pretty happy with how this one turned out, though I think most of the shoot ended up a throw away. At least I learned a lot from my mistakes and won't make the same mistakes... as much.
i have featured this piece in this week's unknown ARTicle here [link] well done, and keep up the good work!!

Let me start by saying I really like this piece. It's very powerful and says a whole lot.
There are few things that bother me though: firstly, the lighting is very unflattering. Her bra creates a very large, unflattering shadow on her chest which can be easily fixed by either adding another spot light coming from the right of the model or by changing the direction of the light altogether. The image is washed out. I'm not sure if I like it or not yet I'd play with different lighting/contrast and see what comes out better. The pearls I would have replaced with a different necklace (the same look but) with different colours. Something that would stand up against her skin (if you're doing a washed out image, I think it's important to have a few things pop up against the skin so that the viewer doesn't entirely lose interest). I'd also probably match up the earring and the necklace so that they have a sort of 'theme' and balance the image out.
As to the valentine's candy, I'd pick a bright colour that doesn't match her skin tone (i.e not pink or orange) so that it really pops up and creates a point of interest and at the same time will emphasise the subject matter.

The butter legion- a socialist movement/mass colab project I started, to trigger artistic change and evolution in Da artists (mainly my watchers), to make them more active and dedicated on DA. Now 170 people strong and growing... A "dangerous cult"? a "new religion"? "artistic version of fight club" or "communist movement"? You decide!
Hello there! This news article is the result of a thumb share thread I posted few days ago on the dA forum along with pictures from my favorites. I hope you enjoy them.

Otherwise, as I said, a lovely image
